moments made campaign.
From printed leaflets to video animations and digital display ads, we put the spotlight on EHAAT’s patients to showcase the incredible difference supporters make.
We helped Essex and Herts Air Ambulance connect with their supporters and inspire more local people to donate and discover additional ways to support.
Having worked with Essex and Herts Air Ambulance for four years – initially with copywriting before leading to photography and graphic design – we not only understand their mission and the charity’s impact across Essex and Hertfordshire but we’ve met some of the inspirational patients who want to give back, and help the charity raise more awareness. The ‘Moments Made’ campaign was born out of this genuine connection with patients. By placing patient voices at the heart of our ads, we’ve been able to authentically highlight real experiences, creating powerful emotional connections with the community.

A seamless experience across both print and digital.
From vibrant print materials to dynamic digital content, every touchpoint drove results with a cohesive visual identity and message. This approach allowed EHAAT to confidently connect with supporters across all channels, building trust and driving engagement. Additionally, we enabled EHAAT to effectively test the performance of each channel, ensuring continual improvement and maximum impact.
This campaign provides a robust foundation to build upon, offering ample opportunities to refresh the creative approach and imagery over time. With a growing number of patients keen to share their impactful stories, there’s continuous potential to highlight the crucial role supporters play in enabling Essex & Herts Air Ambulance’s life-saving care.
Real Stories, Real Impact
For us, the ‘Moments Made’ campaign marked a meaningful step forward – bringing authenticity, emotion and clarity across print and digital. As charity continues to evolve, this work showcases not only the power of generosity but also what’s possible when people come together.
